isNonSkippableAd

Forces SkipStatus.NOT_SUPPORTED on the in-stream view so the skip countdown / button is hidden regardless of skipOffset or linearType.

This flag is OR-combined with VideoScheduleResponse.AdSource.isNonSkippableAd inside VideoAdBreakManager: if either side is true, the resulting behavior is true. As a consequence, setting this property to false cannot override a schedule that already requested NOT_SUPPORTED — the schedule flag can only escalate, never relax, the policy.
